Four Iranian adults gather in a classroom to learn English with the hopes of passing the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language). Dear friends: We invite you to join us for our Sizdah Bedar gathering on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Lake Isabella Park in Loveland from noon until 8pm. We have reserved Riverside Lodge, which has indoor and outdoor space. If you tell the gate attendant you are here for the PACS picnic, you will not have to pay the entrance fee. Please bring food and drinks and anything else you may need for a picnic in the park.  We are looking forward to seeing you!

Norooz Bazaar – March 9, 2024 4-7pm

Our Norooz Bazaar will be at Kala Coffeehouse behind Axis Christian Church (4503 US-42, Mason, OH 45040) on Saturday March 9th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Please join us for our first event and enjoy traditional Iranian food and sweets while you are shopping.

Sizdah Bedar Update – April 2, 2023
Indoor Space Reserved

Dear friends: As you know, for 13 Bedar, PACS has reserved a picnic shelter at Loveland’s Lake Isabella Park. We have now also reserved an indoor space, Riverside Lodge, just down the road at the same park in case the weather is a bit cold on Sunday. We will have access to the indoor space from 10am until 11pm. DJ Shayan will be performing in the indoor space, and we invite you to join us!

This is an update in regards to our upcoming shabe sher. As we are approaching shabe Yalda, we will present this shabe sher with a shabe Yalda theme. There will be sher khani (شعر خوانی), games, food, music, and finally we will announce the recipients of both Omid and Ehteshami scholarships.

PACS is pleased to invite you for a potluck dinner, and wonderful live Persian music to celebrate having our community back together after a long period of time due to the pandemic. During this potluck, there will also be fundraising for some of the Iranian college students who need our support in these dire times in order to afford the very basics of life.  Due to the rise of the delta variant, we will stay cautious and will re-adjust the event as needed.

We look forward to seeing all of you and spending a fun and enjoyable evening together.

Mother’s Day 2021

Due to the inclement weather predicted for the weekend, The PACS Picnic, scheduled for Sunday, May 9 from, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the Woodland Mound Park, Weston Shelter, has been canceled. This event has been rescheduled for Sunday, June 20, from noon to 8:00 p.m. The reminder will be sent accordingly.
